Paul Batho is a real estate professional with 40 years’ experience in commercial property valuation, investment and finance in the UK and abroad. He now specialises in professional training, education and consultancy.

Lectures & Presentations

Paul’s presentational style receives consistently favourable feedback from his audiences. He frequently addresses professional seminars and has created bespoke training for clients which have included RICS, CPD Essentials, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and NARA.

He is also a popular presenter on post-graduate courses and regularly teaches groups for Cambridge, London South Bank and Nürtingen-Geislingen Universities and Henley Business School.

Consultancy

Paul’s consultancy work is concentrated in the areas of real estate valuation, investment and strategy. He particularly enjoys the challenge of tackling complex real estate issues and creating clear, concise and reports that focus directly on his clients’ business priorities.

Having direct experience of three real estate boom/bust cycles in his career, Paul has developed a fascination with the lemming-like behaviour of the market and its participants.

He has lectured on the subject and in a vain attempt to hold back the next tide, he is even considering a book on the subject!
