The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the principal professional body for the surveying profession worldwide. Paul has been involved in educational policy development, has authored guidance for valuers and has presented at RICS seminars across the UK and overseas.

The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) represents the surveying profession in the Republic of Ireland. Paul has provided training across Ireland for SCSI over a four year period both during the recession and as the market has begun to recover.

Cambridge University Paul was Programme Director for the Investment Property Forum’s (IPF) Diploma in Property Investment run by Cambridge’s Institute of Continuing Education for 5 years. His role continues with Cambridge’s successor, the Henley Business School

London South Bank University Paul is a regular speaker at LSBU, particularly on the MBA in International Real Estate Management at Biberach University of Applied Sciences run in association with LSBU.

Hertford College, Oxford owns a substantial portfolio of operational properties around Oxford. As consultant with the Ian Bridge Consultancy, Paul has been involved in a strategic review of the College’s holdings and an ongoing exercise to develop and improve the estate.

CPD Essentials is an established provider of technical CPD and property conferences at which Paul regularly presents

NARA (the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers) – NARA represents professionals acting for lenders in relation to distressed loans secured on real estate assets. Paul served as Chief Executive of NARA from 2010-15 with responsibility for membership (30% growth) and development of the organisation to raise its profile and improve services to the membership, developing close contacts with lenders, government and related professions.
