Drawing on his work with the College of Estate Management and the RICS, Paul is a frequent lecturer in professional and academic environments in the UK and overseas.

Professional

Paul is a popular presenter at a range of professional seminars and conferences. His presentational style has been highly praised and he receives much favourable feedback.

He frequently addresses professional seminars in the UK and abroad and undertakes training on behalf of many organisations including RICS, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, CPD Essentials, Henry Stewart Conferences and others.

Presentations have included a keynote address to the FIABCI Annual Conference in Riga, Latvia, training for the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, and running a professional programmes for RICS in Doha, Qatar and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Academic

Paul also teaches on postgraduate academic courses, especially in the areas of real estate valuation and investment.

He has regularly taught groups for the Universities of Cambridge and Reading, London South Bank University and Nurtingen-Geislingen University.

He has designed and constructed courses in real estate valuation and investment and has extensive experience in setting and assessing students’ work.
